We want our customers to enjoy their orders. If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact service@getliquidrails.com within three (3) days of delivery so we may provide assistance. Refund requests will be issued on a case-by-case basis, and in accordance with LiquidRails policy.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges due to food and beverage safety guidelines.
